Classes are small, 4 poles, so 3 students per class. This makes it more of a one on one experience, you become really close with the instructor and fellow pole mate. This facility offers more such as: black Light twerk and tone, hip hop cardio, burlesque, pilates, sexy flex and more like girly get togethers.
