Classes are small, 4 poles, so 3 students per class. This makes it more of a one on one experience, you become really close with the instructor and fellow pole mate. I love the structure of the class: warm up, pole conditioning, floor work out, learn and practice moves, freestyle at the end. This facility offers more such as: black Light twerk and tone, hip hop cardio, burlesque, pilates, sexy flex and more like girly get togethers.
