Their beds are very clean and their staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Everytime I go there, I'm greeted like it's the first time I've been there. They even sell other things such as bathing suits (one piece as well as two piece), sun glasses, tanning bed lotion, and some jewelry. I really look forward to the 'me time' that I get from the Hot Spot Tanning shop.

I have gone out of my way to make this Yelp account souly to share my great experience and to shine…read morelight on someone who seems to be a fantastic asset, and great team player In this company. I've been going to Helen's for a number of years now. In those number of years I have never been fussy on the lady who does my hair (as they are all very talented). I was in on Saturday to get my monthly cut. Right from the beginning I realized how busy it was and I figured since I had nothing better to do I may as well wait. I had never had this particular barber cut my hair before... I believe her name was Ashley. Before Ashley had taken me in I could already tell she was going to be great, she had a beautiful smile and seemed extremely friendly and professional. Ashley also seemed in control and on top of what was going on in the waiting room, tanning customers and phone calls even though she was busy herself (great multitasker!) Once she took me in she greeted me with another nice smile and sat me down to cut my hair. Unfortunately Helen's does not have a receptionist and we were interrupted several times by walk Ins and phone calls ..it didn't bother me because Ashley was so polite and apologetic each time she left her chair. I believe the efficiency would greatly increase had they hired a receptionist for the busy days.. but I'm happy to say my cut was the best it's probably been in a very long time (my wife agrees) and I'm more than happy to return to her, even if it's busy she's worth the wait and definitely a great barber!
