Last week I fell down the rabbit hole on their website and ordered 5-6 items on a whim. Honestly, I wasn't expecting much. I buy plenty of secondhand clothing, so I figured I'd get a few decent pieces and call it a win. Imagine my surprise when I opened the box and every single item looked far better than expected! Most of my purchases were listed as being in "good" condition, but I would personally call them all "like new" or even "new." Everything arrived spotlessly clean, professionally processed, and completely odor-free something every secondhand shopper knows is worth celebrating. They carry a surprising number of luxury brands, and many items still have original tags attached. It felt a little like opening a treasure chest and realizing the treasure is actually there. Needless to say, I'll be back. My one tip: keep an eye out for coupons. Finding a bargain on top of an already good deal is half the fun!

When we came back here parked on the street. Made our way to the door and tried to open it to only find that it was locked. I guess the hours I saw online weren't actually correct. Whatever, I'll just mill about on the street and see what else I can find. But before we could turn around the door for the store came open. The lady let us in even though we said we would come back during business hours. She insisted and brought us in, even before having the lights on in the store. As soon as we entered she asked if there was anything she could help me with. I told her that I was looking for a shirt to wear to a family function and not be of the color blue. She guided me around the store, pointing out shirts of all kinds. All the while she was asking what I was going to be pairing it with, what color of pants, and if I wanted long or short sleeved. She was masterful, prodding and getting the answers she needed to guide me to the right shirt. And that she did, she brought me to the perfect shirt, short-sleeved, breezy, very comfortable. I have worn it a few times now and have received quite the number of compliments. Now, the price, can be a bit steep, depending on the brand, style, and how new it is. However, I did get a pretty decent discount on the shirt and had some stellar customer service. She also had some pretty great suggestions on places to grab a bite to eat in town and things to see. This is why I do my research for local places, you get a great experience.

Well, my daughter did. And so do a lot of other people. You better be glad that someone did because you just made money off the rental of about eleven tuxes. Our experience up until this point was fine, but this encounter left a bad taste in my mouth. Will never darken the door of this establishment again and will not recommend to anyone that asks.

When I came in, they had an upstairs section run by a local company called Snail on the Wall. Check them out if you have the time, I believe they're there until the end of winter. They also have a barber shop in the corner by the professional section - appointment only from what I understand though, but it comes in handy if you need to get it all one-and-done in a single outing. Had a great conversation with the barber there on men's style and fashion. In fact, all of the employees there were super friendly. I'd definitely go back again to treat myself or get a little something as a gift.

It has a nice quaint bar, intimate space and cool items in there besides clothing. The hospitality was awesome and they were very helpful. I ended up making a purchase that I am sure my relative is going to love. I really like their store because it is different from your typical men's department stores. They have very specific and unique items and brands that are very nice and eye-catching. I will definitely be back in there more often. The only dislike I have is the parking situation. The shop is small by department store standards, so they don't have everything in stock at all times, but they are more than happy to order something for you. I really love their custom shirt service; instead of being limited by what's on the shelf, why not pick the fabric from a HUGE selection of colors, patterns, and textures, then pick all the design features you want and have it tailor made to fit you. The options are nearly limitless! I have 4 of their custom shirts now, and while they were a fair bit more expensive than off the rack, I also chose super premium fabrics that look really great and are worth every penny. They also do custom made suits, but I haven't tried those since I've never needed a new suit and them not have anything I liked. They also have lots of accessories for your suit or tux from ties and cuff links to socks and shoes! You could walk in naked (although I don't recommend it) and walk out looking like a million bucks!
