Everything was explained thoroughly by Sean, and everything was completed promptly. Work was completed at the agreed to price.( installed a mini split )the service man was pleasant…read moreand personable.the office was not very efficient at communicating.after calling the day before and leaving a message about how and what time and such the following day would bring, they did not arrive within the time frame that they had implied.i called when they were several hours past that time frame and the lady that answered the phone informed me that the owner had rerouted the crew to another job that they considered an " emergency".that would have been fine had they called and informed me which they did not. I asked why and the lady became somewhat indignant.so all in all the work was good but communication was sub par.having spent 45 years in the service world( plumbing )communication is vital,hence only 3 stars.

He's never let me down...on time and work is top notch…read more First meeting was when I contacted him back in 2000 about installing a geothermal system for me. Unlike other contractors I had give me a quote that simply looked at the house and threw a figure at me Mickey measured the interior of the house, asked questions regarding room usage, etc., and told me he would get me a quote in a couple of days. I ended up going with his quote even though another quote was below him...I'm glad I did as I've had personal experience with the work quality of the other company. In twenty years I've had to have two service trips on my geothermal system...once for ants in it and just recently when the blower motor went out. Again, on time and his work was top notch. I've had him install a used split-system on a mobile home we set up for my mother-in-law. This was right around the time the geothermal system was installed. Very satisfied with that *still* working split-system, too!!! And above all, he's a really good guy. He's stays busy but you'll do well to get him to do your work!
