I sent him the specs for the install and he said he could do it but said I would have to pay an additional $600-$900 for his travel. I got with EcoFLow and they stated that I do not have to pay for travel because everything is included in the price of the installation service I paid to EcoFlow and told me that they would get in contact with Leroy to let him know to reach back out. A week went by and I never heard back from Leroy so I called him and he didn't answer. He called me back later that day and was extremely unprofessional. Raised his voice and told me he was not going to do the install unless I paid extra despite what EcoFlow had said and then he immediately hung up on me. Just do yourself a favor and avoid his services unless you want hidden fees and a lack of professionalism.

The estimate that they gave didn't cover the outlet that I intended. instead they took down a…read moreprevious installed ceiling light and used the power there to install the fan and light combo instead of over the dinner table where I wanted it. by the time I got home from work the electrician was almost done and was just cleaning up. they said that it was too late for them to take it back because it was already out of the box. even though they installed it the wrong place. I would never hire a shady company like that again for myself or recommend them to anyone else.
