They have harder to find brands and whenever I have needed help the staff has gone above and beyond. They special ordered a spider spray I couldn't find anywhere for me and in an emergency I arrived essentially AT CLOSING and the gentleman working answered all of my questions and told me not to rush. He assured me he would stay as long as it took to get me what we needed. He was knowledgeable about the appliance hardware I needed (since the contractor forgot to bring it) and about the service gap recommendations.
