I didnt notice until walking to the car. I waited in line for a $3 credit to my CC. Today, sent my house mate up to get a can of starter fluid to help get the mower running. She came back with a can of Gumout without the straw. She was told didnt need the straw - really ? A hardware associate thinks starter fluid does need the straw ? ROFL. That was the whole reason sending her up there.. if I needed to search out a straw I would have used the half can of starter fluid I already had........ she went back to return and it was a PITA so she just split. In addition to picking up my item, a team member tried to help me resolve an issue with my garage door opener. He tested batteries, found screw drivers and even replaced everything in an attempt to help. (Turns out the opener was dead). I would definitely come back even though this isn't my neighborhood hardware store.

He initially thought the one I had in mind was out of stock and I could get the display model for a discount, but it turned out that there were 2 available in the back. Mike unboxed it, put gas and oil in it and met us out front near the car after I closed out the bill. Overall, a very good experience at the Cowan Ace Hardware.
