His after surgery care is the gold standard in my book. I met dr. Lindsay once and she also was professional personable and caring when she covered for Dr Boyer on one of my visits. Their nurse amanda is outstanding at her job. She does call you back and she does try to help you out. Every time I visited the office she had a smile on her face and the tone in her voice said she was happy. The office staff is helpful courteous and fun to talk with. If you have need of their services, rest assured they will take care of you. I have no complaints.

However I had an appointment today and for the first time ever I felt like a doctor really listened and took every word into consideration. She walked in, pulled a chair up in front of me, closed her hands together in her lap, and completely tuned in. It made me feel calm and as though she truly wanted to listen and see how she could help. She was so nice and explained a lot to me and I think we're on the road to answers which is great! The nurse practitioner came in at 3:23. She administered a flu test at 3:28, and advised us we'd get the results in 15 minutes. She returned with the results at 4:01. We were able to leave at 4:12, over 2 hours later. Over 2 hours to learn we had a cold!

She made sure the boys felt welcome by giving them some things to play with, she even held my almost two week old baby so I could help my boys be brave for their shots. Then they got stickers. Very clean office, prompt with getting you in and out, follow up appointments are a breeze and no confusion as to what to do to keep things clean and healing well after the procedure. This doctor had told me there was nothing more that he could do for me and that I would just have to deal with walking with pain for the rest of my life. I switched to Benjamin Podiatry right after I was told that, and Dr. Benjamin promised me that he would fix my foot and he wouldn't let me live the rest of my life walking in pain. Dr. Benjamin did everything that he could think of to help me, hoping surgery would be a last resort, and reassured me when I was scared. He ended up having to operate on my foot to fix what the other doctor had caused, and I could not be more happy with my experience. Dr. Benjamin and the other staff made me so comfortable from the pre- op appointments and procedures all the way through my surgery and all through my recovery and post- op care. I now walk and exercise with no pain, all thanks to Dr. Benjamin. I couldn't be more happy with having him as my podiatrist.
