Edgar was hired for two projects at my home . The first was for pressure washing. His crew did a…read moregreat job except he said he would be able to get the paint off my driveway but it remains . The second job was a complete fail . It was to replace , stain and seal my wood steps . Prior to starting I asked if we should wait until warmer weather and he said it wasn't necessary. His crew replaced the steps and did attempt to stain . The first day they looked good . Over the next 5 days it became clear that no sealant was done and the appropriate amount of stain was not applied . When contacted he said he would come back but did not call or complete the project. I have requested a partial refund and had no response . I will need to hire another company to complete the project .
