When I went the next time, the cashier told me that I had $10 in rewards but could not apply them to the purchase I was making but possibly next time. So I went the next time and asked if my points were available and they told me that they disappeared. I contacted customer service to be told that I they could see my purchases but that I needed to reapply. Nothing was said about awarding my points. I just told them that I was not re-applying.
