I was trying to let her know that all I wanted to do was it exchange a defective piece of equipment even if I had to buy a better piece of equipment and pay the difference but she just kept trying to find reasons why I had to be doing something wrong even though I brought my tank with burnt wasted liquid iin it so they could see what was going on. So i lost money i spent on burnt liquid because of a defective piece of equipment and she didn't even care. I was on day 35 of not smoking after smoking for 30 years and all I could think cuz I couldn't wait to leave her store and buy a pack cigarettes.
