The service was always commendable and the quality of the products were immaculate. Sadly, that's changed. Not only was the quality rushed with my order, but the service I received today was horrid. I brought a guest to try the products at this particular location. Upon entry, there was no greeting. As we proceeded, we were finally recognized. As my guest proceeded to smell some of the popular scents, she went over and asked a representative for a body butter to be made. This was necessary because there weren't any body butters at any of the scent stations. After discovering that my guest asked for the same scent that I wanted, I walked over to the counter and asked the representative "could I please have 2 pink sugars made?" My response from the representative was a blank stare, and an "ok." Immediately two seconds later, another representative who I'm guessing was a supervisor, stopped me and said "uhmm, you're gonna have to wait, she's making 6 butters already." By this time I'm in shock. I wasn't in a rush, nor did I rush the representative. I merely wanted to have my body butters made, since she was already preparing the scent. In fact, if I didn't ask for body butters to be made, I would've been standing in the store without any acknowledgment. The tone and delivery of the representative was terrible. To make matters worse, and older lady walked towards the same counter and asked if the representative could make a few body butters and soaps? The representatives response was "no problem ma'am, we'll have those ready for you in a minute." As a consistent, respectful and patient consumer I am disgusted with the lack of disrespect and unethical behavior I witnessed today. I will NEVER give my business to a company that dehumanizes me and overlooks me as a customer.
