My advice is that if you are not in a rush for your stuff you can go customer service was okay but the lack of information and communication is why I'm rating it what it is now. Even though you pay all this money for an insurance policy, it is next to IMPOSSIBLE to get them to actually fix anything. I TWICE paid a $100 deductible for each of two different technicians to come out and inspect my faulty dishwasher. Neither tech could identify any problem, though the machine still does not work properly to this day. So I basically paid $200 (plus the additional annual cost of the insurance itself) for absolutely nothing! I am out those hundreds of dollars, plus the hundreds more I'll have to spend eventually to replace the entire dishwasher. And to make matters worse, the second tech scratched my tile kitchen floor when moving the dishwasher out to inspect. So, yeah, thanks for nothing, Long and Foster / HMS National / Cinch Home Services! What a ripoff! Don't make the same mistake I did! Run as fast as you can away from this company.
