I wanted to be honest with the insurance company and not submit a claim unless Tyler from Newman,who came out to give us an estimate, was sure we needed a new roof and we suffered damage beyond normal wear and tear. Plus we had 2 houses. Well one needed a new roof and the other one likely has another couple of years left. Insurance covered a few slopes, but not a full replacement, however we had them do a full replacement to get it done now and not worry about it again.
