The first time it exercised it was fine. The second time it gave me a fuel fault and after restating it with the help of Generac I had a larger gas meter installed. On May 24 it faulted again with the same code. I called this company and they couldn't help with service because the only tech was off with persona reasons. tell me when it would be serviced. A week later a girl from the company called me and said she had no idea when they could get out here to fix the problem ! I have called a new service company. They will be out on the 6th of this month to repair the issue and take over servicing my unit. This company is USELESS after the sale.

So by good fortune, someone we knew was able to get us help and got it fixed, but it was no thanks to dad's and Aubrey's handyman . He was very thorough and quick even with my main water line being in a crazy spot. My hose hook up looks great and I'm very happy to now be able to have a hose for my garden!
