We live in California, which could have made this a difficult process. Diane did a wonderful job. She researched different properties we saw online, did a walk through with my daughter, and gave us an in-depth and thorough evaluation of each. She looked at several prospective homes, and then we switched course when saw several properties with acreage outside of Ardmore. I flew to Oklahoma, and we walked through a 5 acre farm, and we fell in love with it. I want to share my experience with Arrow C Landworks…read more We purchased a very old house (94 years old) and the dilapidated garage was in serious need of demolition which included demolishing the old cracked foundation and framing and pouring a new foundation for a new garage. We met with the owner and feel he was both knowledgeable in the field and along with the great photos of previous jobs he had done, we hired him. The job was done with care and the quality was exceptional. Carlton (the owner) is cordial and friendly and the price was fair for the job. He subcontracted out the new foundation (concrete pour) which was also done with care and quality in mind. All in all, the quality was excellent and the price was fair so anyone in the market for these services can rest assured that Arrow C Landworks is a very good company and Carlton Carter is a very special person. Arrow C Landworks cleaned up the surface trash but had a bigger challenge due to the condition the prior contractor left it.
