I popped in here earlier today in search of a sweatshirt after failing to park appropriately for a trip to Crater Lake. I first looked through the home goods just to see if there was anything interesting. I didn't find anything and I didn't look at any prices. There was a pretty bad smell in that area, it smelled like really old and dirty clothes mixed with sewage. It might have been someone who had walked through before me, I'm not sure, but I wanted to get out as soon as I could. I checked out the clothes and eventually found a sweatshirt in the men's section. Most things were either $8-13 and weren't on color tag sale, but I finally found something on the 75% sale and got it for $3 after rounding up. The selection here wasn't great but I may be spoiled by the awesome thrifting in Eugene. They have a decently sized parking lot and automatic doors so it's very easy to get in and out of the building. I didn't check out the bathrooms but the rest of the store was about as clean as your average Goodwill is. Overall this Goodwill is just alright. It's much more expensive than others and it doesn't have the best selection. The smell also really put me off and I hope that's not a regular issue there. read more

I have been shopping at this Goodwill location for years, and I have to say Klamath Falls has an awesome Goodwill - I usually always find things here I can't live without! From crazy gaudy heels to jean jackets to random glassware to completing your holiday decorations, this Goodwill is for you! Their merchandise is always moving, they seem to have new and different things every time I come in, and to top it off the staff is very friendly and helpful as well...an all around A+ in my book! The last time I was in here I found about 3 or 4 clothes items, some holiday decorations, and amazingly a bunch of books that were pretty appealing! Their book deals are really good, I think its $3 for hardbacks and a whopping $2 for softcovers. One thing is they aren't organized, so go on a day when you can browse and pick through for treasures. Another cool thing Goodwill does is they have a certain tag color that is on sale every day, so there's extra savings there, and they also offer a senior discount on a certain day of the week. Its a great place for almost anything really, from furniture to household goods to clothes and shoes to that random item you didn't know you needed - or knew existed! Best goodwill I have ever been to , and not for like thrifty store old looking things for like modern fashion ! It's sometimes pricey but for the most part you can come on tag sale days they have different color tags and makes things 50 percent off so it's a score you just have to come on the right days for the items you're looking for ! Absolutely love this place ! Im always in there ! Can always count on finding wranglers there ! read more

As far as thrift stores go, it's ok, not great. Service is nice, very polite. The prices are all over the place though, no rhyme or reason to it. Was going to buy a set of plastic tumblers, one was marked $1.00, if they're all the same, natural conclusion is they're all $1 each. Nope. One cup was marked 2/$1, one marked $1, one for $3 and one for $4....for a plastic cup? The loosy-goosy prices is too inconsistent. Some of their items are at or above retail. read more

I enjoy going here. It's really a shot in the dark if you're going to find anything, sometimes there's really good things and sometimes a really bad selection. It just depends. Also, every time I go I just laugh at some of their prices. It's ridiculous! For example there was a glass mixing bowl that I was interested in, I went to go look at the price and it said $14.99, which is basically retail price for a used item. Then I went to Ross and see the same exact bowl was for $4.99. Maybe if they lowered their prices just a tad they'd sell more. I get that it's for a good cause, but they get free donated merchandise, you'll make more money if you lower your prices to AT LEAST a little below retail. When I go to thrift stores I'm looking for good deals, not retail prices. read more

Whenever I come up to Klamath Falls this is a must shop place for me! Have a new grsndchild who is growing like a weed and it doesn't make sense to buy lots of "new" clothes that may or may not get worn. I have also gotten a number of sweaters, vests and costs for myself here. The staff are always helpful. I also make sure I take a stroll through the As-Is shop in the back and picked up a couple of pieces of furniture that will a little TLC became nice pieces. read more

My son and I went there for the first time to donate clothing and housewife items. The workers were so nice and friendly. They took the time to explain their policies as to what they can take. They were quick to help us unload and to give us a receipt. We also went into the store to see if they carried a dresser. The store looked fairly clean and organized. The pricing on items were very reasonable. They had only one dresser for sale but unfortunately it was too big for what we needed. read more
