After the experiences I've had in the past two months (April, May 3025) I'd need clear and convincing evidence to use anything *but* Sky Lakes. I witnessed repeated professional courtesies between all the staff, not just nurse to nurse. It was the first time I ever heard an RN personality thank a kitchen worker for bringing up a second supper tray for a patient whose appetite was coming back. I saw the RNs get some good advice from a CNA and used it -- they too thanked him. Those are all signs of a healthy professional relationship between colleagues, not simply peers. And *that* environment is what it takes to heal and become healthy. You can keep Portland. I hive Sky Lakes. .

Renae has been flexible with our engagement shoot and even moreso for our wedding. She provided a written guide to help us figure out the timing and outfits for our engagement shoot. We had so much fun throughout that day because she had such a great attitude the whole time. The photos were touched up quickly and we absolutely loved them. Due to the COVID-19 situation, we had to make very drastic changes to our wedding and Renae was there for us. She was able to capture our first looks with each of our parents and she took excellent photos throughout the night. I knew that I wanted to book her as our photographer because she uses and has great lighting in her pictures. You have to love working with her because she makes so many positive comments when taking pictures. You seriously feel like a million bucks. Her photos have a good mixture of close-up vs. faraway shots, pictures of key items (i.e. wedding bands with the bouquet, etc.), and fun vs. romantic shots. I highly recommend working with Renae if you want to work with someone with a positive attitude that's flexible and good at what they do.

The gift and spa shops have lots of great gifts in there! The coffee shop has lots of sitting and wifi so a great place for a snack or to work. The only thing I would suggest is a vending machine in that area of the hospital. I had to go to the birth center to get snacks for the little kiddos with me. Not a big deal at all, just would be more concur to after the coffee shop closes.

When it was time for my oldest daughter's senior pictures, we went through the materials the school provided, as soon as my daughter saw the work being done at Mindseye Studio it was a done deal. No other photographer was going to do. From the first meeting, through the shoot and the choosing of the prints, they made us feel at ease and quite frankly, like old friends, which for my family was a priceless gift. So when it was time for my other daughter's senior pics, of course there was no other choice! The combined efforts of Scott and Lynn, made the photo shoot something my child will never forget, they brought out a side of her that none of us knew existed and they did it with fun and laughter! Not for one moment did she feel ill at ease, which as any parent of a teenager will attest is no easy feat. I am continually in awe of the outstanding quality of work that this studio produces, both my girls chose to have prints the encompassed different sides to their personalities, the editing work done to fulfill this vision was simply flawless!! Everyone, beginning with Tammy in the lab to Misty in scheduling and the nurses in chemo and my doctor, Dr. Abu-Errish, were so kind and professional. I currently see Jessica Sweetser yearly and love her. Wish she could be my primary care provider! We are so fortunate to have a cancer center here in Klamath Falls!!

Between the dismissal of symptoms, the condescending questioning of said symptoms, the absolute DOG WATER scheduling I will literally go to medford for primary from now on. Seriously its like pulling teeth to be treated and treated correctly. Not only will you wait there 30+ mins after your scheduled appointment when you are seen the provider will just you stare at you like you're dumb, not take you seriously and then throw meds at you indiscriminately. intake staff is always rude, always; and god forbid if you dont notify them that you left without being seen otherwise they'll call you and blame you for not telling anyone you left...like what. The only good experience ive had with this clinic is the urgent care and the diagnostics department.
