I hired him to change locks and replace keys for my 80 year old parents. He also owns the llc. However Jack requested payment by cash app. I did that. I showed him it was paid per the app and he harassed me about it. I called cash app multiple times to see what I could do. He claimed he could not see it. However cash app said no issue on my side. Jack however could magically see it when I cancelled it almost immediately and reached out via text. I explained that until I received the money back from cash app, I could not send a bank check out. Once again received the money back, I then contacted the bank and they mailed a check. My bank is USAA! I also provided the printout from the bank. It took time cause that bank is in Texas and for veterans. Jack then did the wrong thing. He showed up on the doorstep of my 80 year old parents. They were not involved. I was very upset that he did that, it was not professional and it upset my parents who aren't used to people treating them the way he did. He then continued his voicemails and texts to me. He claimed to have people to pay. He owns the llc and is licensed in nc. All kept by me. He implied that it didn't take a bank that long to pay as if I didn't pay him and didn't already show him proof. I told him not to show up on their doorstep again. I would call the bank. This was Sunday. Then on Monday, I received a text telling me he got the check and thanks. I chose not to respond. I understand that he wanted immediate payment. However it was the cash app issue and then waiting on the bank check. None of this excused his unprofessionalism. While jacks work was okay, his unprofessionalism is why I won't ever use him for my parents again nor will I recommend him to friends that I still have in ECity.

Her husband, Bubba, a licensed agent working with her, assisted with both transactions. Let's go back to the spring of 2016. I was on the hunt for a new home in the Bellamy Woods area. The stars weren't aligning with finding a home that I liked until one day Janice and Bubba decided to send a note to all homeowners in this neighborhood with my desired criteria (two story brick home, garage, pool, over 3,000 square feet, etc.). I drove by a home with a for sale by owner sign put in the yard just minutes before I came strolling through the neighborhood. I called my agents. My agents called the homeowner. Sure enough, as they're on the phone with each other talking about me, the eager buyer, the sellers were holding onto to the postcard Janice and Bubba mailed to them and they, coincidentally, were getting ready to call them. Just a couple days later, I did a visit to the home and within the hour, my agents and the owners struck a deal. Lots of parties, a few crazy wild nights., many friendships and memories made... and fast forward to 3 1/2 years and it's time for me to move on... I've had hopes of moving to to Scottsdale, AZ and as such, it's time for me to sell my home. This transaction could not have been better. While I was in AZ during the end of January, my agents prepared and staged my home for listing. I'm in AZ having a blast while my agents were hosting an open house. Within a week of the listing, we had three offers on the home and within 60 days, we completed the sale. I've purchased three homes with Janice and Bubba and have made one sale. Their attention to detail, communication, willingness to meet face to face as needed, and their drive to stand their ground when negotiations can get out of hand proved to help me sell in a time when the world feels like crumbling (COVID-19) and for top dollar.
