The entire visit ended up taking over three hours for a simple pedicure and French tip acrylics. Despite the long wait and delay with my appointment time, I was still charged $135. I understand salons can get busy, but if you're running that far behind, it would be helpful to communicate that to customers or reschedule appointments. The lack of communication and the amount of time spent waiting was really disappointing.

She washed my hair, (and gave me the best scalp massage ever), got me combed out, and got started. When she asked me before she started cutting if "this" was a good length, I told her I wanted it shorter. She reminded me that with curly hair, it would draw up some once dried. The length she put her hand to show me as exactly where I wanted it to fall. My cut came out amazing!! I love when my stylists LISTENS to what I want, and knows what to do to achieve that look.
