I understand salons can get busy, but if you're running that far behind, it would be helpful to communicate that to customers or reschedule appointments. The lack of communication and the amount of time spent waiting was really disappointing.

When she asked me before she started cutting if "this" was a good length, I told her I wanted it shorter. She reminded me that with curly hair, it would draw up some once dried.
