I contacted them informing them of the issue and i added that the house had a viewing later the same day. I was assured they would make it back out before the end of that day to assess the mishap. 5 days pass. I reach back out and was then told they would make it that day, but wasn't sure of a time frame. The door remained leaned up against the fame as they left it. I was never contacted again from the company, and ended up having to do it myself. I only leave honest reviews. Being a business owner, myself, reviews are a very big piece of the pie when it comes to growing and maintaining a solid foundation for your company.
