I saw them helping an elderly couple pick out the perfect bird of paradise and they drove me around to pick up the plants and put them in my car. The customer service was very much lacking as the lady came out to talk to me but kept returning to the mobile phone call she was on. She could not give me a price on the labor and asked me to leave my name and number on a pad and someone would call me. I also had a clipping of my boxwood that seems to have a disease. I needed information as to what the disease was and how to treat it. She stated, "It's a fungus" and walked off, no further information was offered. It is now the end of the week and no call back. No need to call now, I have moved on.

They were so wonderful and helpful when we came for a tree a year ago and this visit was no different! The husband and wife duo are helpful and kind and answered all our questions honestly and knowledgeably! We chose various Hibiscus plants and when we went to pay, the wife told us she would charge us $10/plant instead of $12 as they weren't as full as she would have liked. We don't know much about plants, so it was so admirable that she offered this discount without us asking for one knowing we wouldn't have even known the plants weren't as full (they still looked great to us!) We will be back soon for a Bird of Paradise and some other plants to complete our yard. Thank you T&L for being so reliable and awesome!
