Everywhere we looked, the security cameras were sold out. We knew if we kept searching, we'd eventually find one, hopefully two. We spoke to a lot of people via in-store, over the phone, and on-line, but we kept getting the run around. We had a very difficult time finding that security camera. So, we decided to go back to Home Depot to get more answers about the camera. In doing so, we met Mrs. Shaffer. She (a very nice, brilliant sales agent) went above, and beyond to get us answers, and the help we needed to find two Ring cameras. She told us that they, and all the surrounding Home Depots were sold out, but she would not mind calling around for us. After about 40 minutes, she found two. She did more for us within an hour, than anyone else, at all those other stores. Exceptional customer service from a patient, persistent, and outgoing woman. Thank you Mrs. Shaffer

It's a stunning masterpiece inside and out. They have tables and chairs, a menu full of pastries and some sandwiches, coffee, teas, & other drinks. You can hang out a bit, shop in their boutique the walk around outside at their beautiful garden of flowers and plants. We enjoyed our stop here, and everyone we came across was friendly and welcoming.

This business will take your money and give you a cheap version. One side didn't ever have flowers on it. My elderly parents would never complain but I contacted them and obviously if this florist wouldn't give them the arrangement I paid a lot for, I asked for compensation. I don't need the money but it's wrong to charge for what they did and sub cheaper flowers, less of them then the picture you are basing your order on and and then be met with a hostile response. That hostility speaks volumes of their lack of professionalism. Customer service - F, professionalism- F, product quality matching picture of what I purchased- F.
