I desperately need a refresh before family holiday gatherings this weekend. The receptionist literally belly laughed at me when I explained my availability as a working mom. He told me, "Girl, that's the most pathetic excuse. Come on." Who in their right mind talks to someone like that in the customer service world? I would never.
