She helped me to schedule an appointment for the next day. Their office is located within the Cayuga Medical buildings (near the Ithaca mall). Although the buildings are well labeled I would seriously recommend to use the gps bc they all look alike. Also there are two entrances the back one (coming from Triphammer Rd) is the right one. Once inside the office the waiting wasn't long. After about ten minutes I was transferred to a medical room. A few minutes later Dr Cryer arrived. He listened to my concerns, examined me and sent out for labs to be done. While I'm still waiting for the results, it was a good experience and I would definitely recommend this place if you are in need of an ENT.
