I was impressed. When my needs increased, I sought her out to find she now owner her own business. I made my appointment since I knew I'd put off hearing aids long enough. I was seen by her associate Dr Juliet Stuber who was delightful. She was extremely thorough and slowly & carefully went through my evaluation, testing and comprehensive overview/explanation. She never once ever even mentioned it was time for hearing aids, but rather allowed me to make my own decision etc. i had done a great deal of my own research before this appointment and interviewed many hearing aid customers / patients. We discussed brands, types and features of several type & models and I went with the company my own research suggested. Dr Stuber explained the type & brand were perfect for my hearing loss. She saw Dr. Strominger for an ear problem and felt like he really didn't listen, and dismissed her problem very quickly after a look in her ears. She went back a few times and got antibiotics that didn't help. Finally, after suffering for a year and a half, she went to another ENT in town who identified her problem on the first visit by doing a pressure test and finding there was no pressure in her ear. She feels strongly that Dr Strominger was dismissive and arrogant, and didn't feel well cared for at all.
