I finally get an email at 8:06 AM saying the building will be closed for maintenance and that I need to reschedule my appointment. I fasted and missed time from work for this. They couldn't have notified me of the maintenance sooner? Even the day before would have been way more helpful. I could see if someone had shown up and found something wrong with the building and they had to close. That didn't happen. No one came to work that day. This is very unprofessional. I do not plan to reschedule at this clinic as I feel they cannot be trusted with healthcare matters since basic operating procedures seem to be problematic for them.

The office closes at 1:30 (opens at 7 AM). What business closes at 1:30 in the afternoon? I called the number posted and which was for the main office - no help, just "that is their hours." It also turns out there is a narrow window for drug testing within those strange hours. I showed up the next day "on time" went into the lobby. No one to greet you or a window to see a human. Nope, you have to use a tablet to sign in. Was reminded by the tablet several times that 'appointments' are recommended and they will take priority over walk ins. OK, I get it, you don't like your customers and get most of your business through people who are coerced to go there. There was one person who worked there. She was as cold and unfriendly as could be. Zero personal interaction skills. But I think it is likely that she has been broken by working for such a soulless, customer hostile company.
