Upon arrival, she got to work and analyzed the specimen using tools in her hand to diagnose the situation. She eventually shared with with me the her diagnosis and guided me on how to remedy, careful to point out what I can do myself without her further services and where she might be able to add value. I was so impressed by her knowledge, her willingness to help, her strong business ethic, and her great attitude that I will share her contact information with anyone that asks if I know a good exterminator (not to mention use her again myself if needed)!

I fired her for breach of contract. She promised to pay us for the 3 months she did not show but she never paid us, giving excuses after excuses about why she failed to pay us back. She caused us harm and grief and lied repeatedly. I am suing her in small claims court and hope to save others from experiencing what happened to us. She was slick with her talk and is a real con artist.

Being in the industry for 30 years plus, I can say Matthew is the best at what he does. The food industry is very challenging and that is exactly where Keller Pest shines. Obviously, warehouse settings are under alot of pressure and inherit pests from trailers, other facilities or other factors outside of our control. Our management team was so worried that this issue was going to cause our customer to pull the account from us, but with the professional actions of Keller Pest, the issue was eradicated within no time flat. Matt uses a program which we in the food industry refer to as IPM ( Integrated Pest Management ) which a science based decision making process that only a few live by in this field. From finding the root cause of entry and performing a detailed investigation our team was able to work with KP on a simple plan ( cost effective) to remove the pests and sustain a pest free facility. Working with our customers is key, Matt is the spokesman for our company in regards to Pest Control and will sit with our clients or join Teams Meetings to explain his programs and offer suggestions on any topic related to this field. This allows me and my team to focus on our day to day jobs and we leave the floor to him to display his efforts. Whether its a 3rd party Audit from the government, customer, or AIB International, Matt is always there to explain his programs in full detail with no hesitation whatsoever. I call him all of the time for his opinion on certain situations that may arise, and I would swear I feel like his only client. Never felt like I was asking a dumb question or being a bother, he is such a professional, polite and caring person. Thank you Matt for assisting in keeping our food warehouses at a AA BRC rating and supporting our team. Simply put, let Keller Pest do the rest!     DO NOT RECOMMEND I scheduled Erhlich Pest Control for my…read morehome in PA. I flew into Newark Airport and drove three hours to my home the night before my confirmed appointment. I received a call from the technician at the time of my appointment saying he could not come to my home because we were out of his service area. This is completely absurd and horrible customer service. They obviously knew my address when I made the appointment. Extremely disappointed with this company! If I could give zero stars I would.

    I recently hired Ehrlich to handle a squirrel problem I am having in my eaves and crawl space…read more When I first contacted them they sent someone over for a free quote within a day or two. I thought they would be sending an actual tech to do the quote but in reality it was just a salesperson. While the salesperson was very nice, he was not as knowledgeable as I would have liked. A few days passed before i received the quote as the salesperson initially sent it to the incorrect email address. Once the quote was signed a tech did come over unannounced while I was not home to take a look at the issue. Shortly after the tech did give me a call to let me know he had been there to have a look and informed me that since the eaves where the squirrel was getting in were so high they would not do anything until spring when the snow was off the ground. I was a little annoyed the salesperson didn't mention that but I let it go. a few months later when they did finally come all they did was set three traps in the same area for 3-4 days and come and check them everyday. When they hadn't caught anything after that time I was not at all surprised because the traps were nowhere near the route the squirrels are taking. Had the tech truly paid attention they would have found evidence of how the squirrel was gaining access. Once they removed the traps they installed a one way door at one of the access points and left that for at least a week. Then they removed it and put a mesh patch over the hole the squirrels where using to get in. Literally a day or two after the work was done. I started hearing even more squirrel activity on my eaves and when I went outside to take a look I saw that because the squirrels were running back and forth along the soffit they had knocked an entire section of soffit out of place. I reached out to the tech to let him know I was still having an issue and sent pictures, including ones with the squirrel causing the damage. The tech did say he would stop by the next day to fix the soffit but said it looked like the mesh had held so they shouldn't be getting in my attic anymore. It seemed there was no concern that the squirrel was still causing problems. In fact, I think Ehrlich actually made the problem worse. So now I am out over $1,000 and have even more squirrel damage than when I hired them. DO NOT HIRE EHRLICH FOR WILDLIFE REMOVAL UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY!

    1 year later and still struggling and at my wits end with how Terminex schedules appts without…read moreconfirming the appts with you, then shows up when you're in work, etc. On June 4th I let the technician know I needed to be put on their schedule WITH CONFIRMING APPT WITH ME BEFORE COMING as "I have wasps outside & something going on again in sunroom ceiling, not sure what bug ‍ this time -- & as always, check cellar - traps, etc." Reply back from technician, "somehow you missed a quarterly service and I wasn't able to put you on the schedule without an additional charge." My reply back: "Because their last appt, they never told me their plans of coming until the night before & I wasn't here when I believe they got here the following day -- probably why. This has been an ongoing problem since I committed to Terminex service and why the manager Josh told me to schedule through him & not the main number as this is a recurrent problem with Terminex scheduling department. This has been an ongoing problem for me for over a year now. I never scheduled their last appt & let them know that. I had let my dogs out as well when I got home from work that morning & was so worried they had got here and treated property without me knowing, and let them know this too. I am going to have to find another service if this continues to happen". Technicians reply --"Okay, I'll talk with my manger when he gets back tomorrow. I'll have to schedule a different tech to go out to you." -- THAT WAS MONDAY (6/8/26), IT IS NOW FRIDAY (6/12/26) AND NO TEXT, CALL BACK NOR RESOLUTION. I have sent multiple pictures of the inside of my ceiling "snowing" insulation down around the ceiling light onto my couch, floor & dogs! PILES of insulation found that has fallen down by the time I arrive home from work. Also placed a call to the main customer service number who has forwarded this issue to the service department "who will call me within 24hrs". Beyond frustrating -- after paying initally over $5,000 to initiate this service a Terminex salesman sold to me 2 winters ago, $70 ongoing monthly auto payments and $500 to renew this service this past December 2025. And then be told I may have to be charged for a technician to come and address an existing rodent, wasp, possible termite situation for months now BECAUSE TERMINEX SCHEDULED A QUARTERLY APPT WITHOUT COMFIRMING APPT WITH ME UNTIL THE *NIGHT* BEFORE VIA TEXT, SHOWS UP THE NEXT MORNING AND I AM AT WORK !!! And I should be charged an additional fee for them to come now to address ongoing pest(s) issue for months?!
