The third visit was yet another guy - not the same as the first 2. He was late to my house, then spent 5 minutes walking around and didn't even do anything. Then he left. My reply back: "Because their last appt, they never told me their plans of coming until the night before & I wasn't here when I believe they got here the following day -- probably why. This has been an ongoing problem since I committed to Terminex service and why the manager Josh told me to schedule through him & not the main number as this is a recurrent problem with Terminex scheduling department. This has been an ongoing problem for me for over a year now. I never scheduled their last appt & let them know that.
