Rausch Coleman Homes - Poor nstallation of baseboards

Bought a new home less than two years ago in Pea ridge, AR from then Raisch Coleman homes, now…read moreLennar Homes and it has been a nightmare since the day we moved in! We built this small home so that we could have the necessary funds to retire and now those funds are gone due to all the repairs we have had to make on this home. The workmanship. Inside and out has been horrible. Granite that chips, flooring had to be replaced, baseboards have all needed to be replaced. The grading in the yard outside was not keeping the water from going to the foundation. Thus we had mold issues that we had to fix. We've replaced plumbing in both bathrooms and fixtures. Problems with the windows not being installed correctly. Convenient that Rausch Coleman was bought out by Lennar but that certainly hasn't helped us. We have fixed everything so far that had to be fixed and our cash now has been depleted significantly negatively affecting our retirement to the point where I am back to work at 70 years old! Buyer beware! Don't buy a house from them unless you just don't have enough money to go anywhere else. Walnut Hill, Pea ridge, Arkansas.

It is a brand new home yet I've already had MAJOR plumbing issues I've never once experienced in my life- I had never had to call a plumber before living at this house. Centerpoint energy immediately shut off my gas after I called them to find out if I had any leak or not. I was shocked to figure out not only was there a carbon monoxide leak I could've died from there was ZERO ventilation in my entire house an air quality specialist told me. he said due to the "air fresh system" being incorrectly shut off by these negligent builders who don't care I could've died in one week from carbon monoxide poisoning from the furnace. Do not purchase a home from this builder if you care about your health and safety.

I have the guy on video removing it.. with an excavator) and that he was actually marking the center my PRIVATE ROAD.. that he was 15 ft off .... Still wanted to argue after I proved where the first line had been marked And he admitted to not starting at the point of reference as stated in the property description instead he started where the measurement had been altered thereby making all other measurements incorrect. All he did was try to solidify the good ole boys club at work here in McDonald county. He should have marked the RECORD DEEDED line as requested .. not the altered one He even went so far as to nailing in old railroad spikes siting them as magnetic targets I'll advise to NOT hire this company it also noteworthy to mention in another review on google the person states they have been fined for unethical work practices

The tenants we inherited seemed to have landlord cover water and lawn care. Tenants sent me a message showing that water would be honored with a new lease. Yet, it was not added to the lease. We weren't told that water was paid by pm/landlord. Catherine accepted no responsibility for water/trash/lawn care and doesn't even seem to have keys to our property that we purchased. Instead of helping or addressing my concern, she thought I was being "suspicious" and decided to do a last minute inspection. I suppose these impromptu inspections are Catherine's "tool" to retaliate for renters' complaints. It is obvious no one wants an invasion of privacy and the inconvenience of such an inspection. Be aware, there is no one else, not even the broker, to address your concerns and she is very difficult to deal with. I tried contacting the broker William Collier. I don't know if my two messages were not passed along or he just decided to ignore me. In my case, the complaint was about three consecutive months of scheduling a termite inspection just to not show up at all. I work, and it is an inconvenience to ask my workplace for time off to schedule a no-show termite inspection 3 times! It's a valid complaint, and my trying to ensure it was not another "no show" appointment resulted in having an additional inspection, additional inconvenience and double the time wasted. Not to mention the unspoken threat of some actions taken because of her "suspicions"
