This is the second time I've stopped by this "vape shop". The first, about a week ago;…read moreI walked in to see a dude chillen and a dude arguing with someone on the phone. I stood there in front of the guy on the phone for over 5 minutes just waiting and listening to him argue with some company about his bill. 10 minutes later, dudes still on the phone and hasn't said a word to me. There's now 5 people in line waiting for this guy to get off the phone & help. I waited another couple minutes and gave up. Just walked out & said I won't be coming back. Well I ran out of coils again & this is the closest place to my house. I figured maybe I would try it again & give them another chance. I should've known better....... I checked their hours on Yelp & Google which said open through 6pm. I pulled up at 5:40pm on Friday went to the door and the damn place was closed! I'm 10000% done with this place and highly recommend taking the drive elsewhere. Just absolutely horrible. I ran my own business after the military & would have never done this regardless of my "bill" or whatever issue caused me to close early. At the very least, a sign saying "family emergency , sorry"..... I'm at another vape shop now about to walk in to get what i need. Your loss bro.
