Took my car to Walmart for rotation then I was told I needed control arms. Took my car back to Dunns on 6/1 my fiancé spoke to Wayne and told him the situation & it was mentioned that the alignment should of never been done, and that they would work with us. Call Dunns 6/5 and the mechanic said I had to pay full price and my car had been parked since the alignment except when I took it to the shop. I will never go to this repair shop again & damn sure wouldn't recommend. Wayne thank you for your consideration & trying to help, but that other guy has a nasty attitude and isn't considerate. I've recommended this place to a handful of people, and after what I've told them they definitely won't be going there.

And worst of all, the pump calibration is way off. I keep track of every fill-up and I consistently get 33- 35 mpg. I got my 8.3 gallons and had driven 201.6 miles. That comes out to 24.89 mpg. The pump is way out of calibration. I complained to the clerk (waste of time) and she said that they were coming out to fix the pumps this week. Totally unsatisfactory. I am contacting the NORTH CAROLINA Division of standards. They shoud shut down until the pumps are fixed.
