We had the provide insulation in the attic of our house and were told afterwards that they would follow up with us to make sure the other rooms in the house were taken care of. Once they completed the larger more expensive project in the attic they stopped answering my calls, texts, and emails. They had someone come over to the house to check the other rooms had them pull up our floor boards to take a look then never followed up to actually provide the service. I have called both my point of contact and the office multiple times with no response. As a result I am having to go with another company to have the rest of our work done which is extremely unfortunate. I really dont post reviews that often but I just wanted to relay my experience as I use yelp for a lot of my home service projects and rely on honest feedback not just artificially generated positive reviews.

The receptionist said she'd pass the request along. She then called back saying the visit is cancelled "because you don't want people visiting your house." That's exactly what she told me even though it was untrue. I'd never have requested and scheduled a visit were it true. I told her I was fine with a visit with masking, but they were more concerned with formally shunning me for trying to thwart Covid. What their reply tells me is that this business sees treating their customers concerns with the simplest, least bit of respect as unacceptable. Given the choice, they would prefer to sicken, disable or kill their clients or be so harmed by their clients themselves than not. It's also ironic given folks working with insulation in attics know that masks work and should be accustomed to wearing them while working.
