There are patches on many of the owners homes. It is an eyesore to see stained ceilings on the living room ceilings , waking up to rain in your face in the morning from your bedroom ceiling. The fire alarms was disabled by management. There is only on poor light on parking making it unsafe at night. The office staff and manager are disorganized and the woman in the front office is unhelpful. In our opinion this company should be avoided at all costs.

I was Googling businesses and came across this review for The Hudson from a few years ago. Since this is a really nice place to live I thought I would let you know my thoughts on living here. My opinion on the other review: Yes, there have been some boiler issues in the past but the manager had plumbers out every day until they fixed it. I remember seeing multiple plumbing companies working on the boiler. The manager doesn't stop until she makes the situation right. We even received updates from the manager daily on the status of the water issue. It was only the hot water that was out for a few days but there was still water and the water was luke warm so it wasn't too cold to shower. People stay here because this place has a home/neighborhood feeling with all of the trees, views, and nice people. The manager, Sherry, is the best manager that this place has had since I moved in. The entire staff is caring and professional. This place isn't perfect with not ever having an issue, but what place is? Overall, the staff takes care of you and if you have any type of problem, both the office staff and the maintenance staff are on top of their game fixing it. In my opinion, you can't beat that! Customer service that we get should be #1, not that this place might have an issue here and there. That's any place you go...My overall opinion, I love it here!
