I visited several local stores but when I finally went to Altmans what I realized was that a local dealer whose name came up many times amongst friends was THE MOST important factor. Mike at the Champaign store took such care to find out my needs and educate me on the products. I realized that what you really want, first and foremost, is a company that truly believes in their product and will help you through making the right choices for your family and any future help you may need, from getting chemistry right to getting the installation done. When we couldn't get an electrician Mr. Altman found me one to hook it up the day it was delivered! He was there for me every step of the way.
