Please do NOT take your vehicle here if you want it repaired in any way. We took it here twice and…read moregot it back more damaged then when we took it. Gave them a chance to make it right and fix the issues they caused, and just caused more. They will scratch your vehicle and deny it, partially fix your vehicle and charge thousands, then say it you want it "fully fixed" it would be a few more thousand. All while messing up all the sensors, the cruise control, and the heat. I reached out to the "Owner" and haven't heard anything back. Was told by Edward at Midas, that all I would get was probably an automated reply back. Horrible service, horrible customer service. You have my information if you wanted to make this right.

I got an engine with a 3 year warranty or 100 thousand miles. About 2 years ago and they said I…read morehave full coverage on the engine and when I took it back to them to have it fixed because they gave me a bad engine and they are now adding in certain details on why they can't replace my engine. It has been sitting at their shop for two months just for them to tell me that bullshit. Excuse the language, but that's all they do there. They don't do nothing but hold onto your vehicle and up charge you for things that they promised you. Don't go there you will be back in 2 months for the same problem. They don't fix anything right. And to top it off they left my truck unlocked and in a spot where cameras can't see and then it got stolen out their lot. all they said was " someone had to be workin on it before we got here or when we weren't looking" of course you weren't looking because it was your people Who stole the truck because Yall can't hold up the end of yalls own warranty.

On July 18, 2014, GEICO paid Cardoza's Auto Repair to replace the engine in our 2005 Mercedes Benz…read moreC230 Kompressor Sport. At that time Tony, the owner, informed us it might be a couple week before he could get to it but he would let us know when it was ready. Also, he said the engine is rare but he found one. After three week of waiting we called to see if there was any progress and Tony said he hasn't even picked up the engine yet and it might be one more week. I informed him that we were moving to San Antonio in one week and he promised to have the car to me before we move. We called back in one week and were informed the engine is in and running but the Check Engine light was on indicating a problem. I now had to move without my car. This is now one complete month after being paid for the job. In the estimate to GEICO Cardoza listed the labor at 10 hours. Also at this time Tony answered the phone every time we called. Another week goes by and I'm calling daily because now he won't answer when he sees my number on his caller ID. I change my number to the 210 area code and call Cardosa, he answers. I press him for specifics and he tells me the misfire code is on cylinder #6. How is this possible, the original engine is a Supercharged 1.8L 4 cylinder? He will check on the car and call me back; no call. Now he won't even answer my calls, text, or emails. This man dedicated an entire page on his web site spouting his ethics. There are links to Kudzu customer reviews and the Better Business Bureau where he's not even a member. Now it's September 5, 2014 and I don't have my car or a clue where it is and what's going on with it. So I have to take legal action against the man and his business to get my car back. Do not do business with Cardoza's Auto Repair!

I was told they could not get one here in town so they would order it from IL. $$1300 to $1400 for part and $1200 to $1300 for labor. I said no I need to come pick it up. He then told me it was $240 bucks for diagnosis!!! Ford was only going to charge $125. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!
