I come to find that they slaughter, process, and retail package locally grown beef, pork, chicken, and bison. The outcome . . . absolutely delicious meat at a very fair price. For that I am so grateful! After a day of driving, a half tank of gas, getting turned away from every grocery store without being helped at all, he mended my day and saved us!
