Seller and I did not know the routine of mold and water damage seller assumed that this could be taken care in the timeline we needed to close. Water damage in the attic I needed to find someone to remove insulation, so Steven Dennison could start. Seller approved both bids. After Steve's workers finished clean up of attic they then started on the mold in the bathroom, I had to figure out when the repair for drywall and paint would be completed to schedule the insulation blown back in (I had them on stand by) and the total job would be completed.
