They indicated they would be here in 20 minutes and arrived in 18. They started pumping water and hauling items out of the flooded area immediately. This was on a 103 degree day. Our air had gone out and not a single complaint. It had to be repeated a second day as our neighbor's irrigation line repeated and re-flooded our home. They arrived on schedule and found the new flooded area and as depressed as we were, they gave us encouragement, brought more team members to haul 40 years of memories and furniture out and onto a trailer for safe keeping. They NEVER stopped or showed even the slightest inkling they were going to quit until our house was dry. We didn't save everything. Water is a mighty force. But our floors have been replaced and our furniture is back--thanks to some amazing individuals. Travis lead this crew and has been instrumental in keeping me as sane as possible. Larry and David were with us to measure water in the walls and floor. Teresa oversaw the vacuuming of the water and worked daily with a smile and the younger movers were crazy good going in and out of the crawl space never complaining even in the most difficult situation. We love these new friends of ours. We can't thank you enough. While we hope this never happens to us or you, if it does we won't hesitate to call and neither should you.

They refused to…read morework with the property manager, only the owner, so everything took 3x as long to get approved. Came to do the initial bid. Included partition wall for neg pressure dehumidifying and more. Took 2 weeks to even start work. Showed up the first day the left after less than 2 hours, but they hauled away the carpet that was already pulled up. 2nd day, 3 guys. Removed tack stips. Put in 1 fan (no dehu, no wall,) and ssaid itd dried out enough on its own not to need more. 3rd day, 3 guys. Vaccuum the debris, applied antimicrobial to several floors. 4th day heidi came out. Said it needs asbesos testing and got annoyed at the microbal growth in the locations where the leak occured, where the most damage was. The crew leaders? Great. The crew and Heidi? A completely unprofessional person who put up road blocks every step of the way. The moving of furniture was discussed with her prior to initiation or work, but the guys who showed up day 1 had no idea so didnt bring a 3rd guy with them that day. As a property manager and person who works in the office of a contracting/construction company? Believe me when i say: This has been the worst experience with a company i have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Here we are, 3 weeks from the initial bid, and all they managed to do was remove the pile of pulled carpet, tack strips, vaccuum and apply antimicrobial to about half of the 850 total square feet. Heidi should be ashamed of herself and scott, the owner should get office staff that is competent, can communicate and can be professional.

There were a few complications - rural location, small aspen trees in the path and a camera was required to diagnose the problem. But still the job was very basic. I had to arrange for the work from out of state and I am sure the company understood I was in a jam to get it done before my family arrived. In fact, I flew from Georgia to Colorado for the sole purpose of getting this work done. They indicated the work would take up to one week. In fact, it was done in ONE DAY! They gave me an OUTRAGEOUS price of $26,000 and I paid it because I had few other options. I have since done the due diligence I obviously should have done before I signed up, and talked to other plumbers and found out just how OUT OF LINE this price was. My trust in the fairness of Roto-Rooter and this branch of the national organization was grossly misplaced so BUYER BEWARE!
