Basement flooded. These guys were recommended by a friend. WORSST. MISTAKE EVER. They refused to…read morework with the property manager, only the owner, so everything took 3x as long to get approved. Came to do the initial bid. Included partition wall for neg pressure dehumidifying and more. Took 2 weeks to even start work. Showed up the first day the left after less than 2 hours, but they hauled away the carpet that was already pulled up. 2nd day, 3 guys. Removed tack stips. Put in 1 fan (no dehu, no wall,) and ssaid itd dried out enough on its own not to need more. 3rd day, 3 guys. Vaccuum the debris, applied antimicrobial to several floors. 4th day heidi came out. Said it needs asbesos testing and got annoyed at the microbal growth in the locations where the leak occured, where the most damage was. The crew leaders? Great. The crew and Heidi? A completely unprofessional person who put up road blocks every step of the way. The moving of furniture was discussed with her prior to initiation or work, but the guys who showed up day 1 had no idea so didnt bring a 3rd guy with them that day. As a property manager and person who works in the office of a contracting/construction company? Believe me when i say: This has been the worst experience with a company i have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Here we are, 3 weeks from the initial bid, and all they managed to do was remove the pile of pulled carpet, tack strips, vaccuum and apply antimicrobial to about half of the 850 total square feet. Heidi should be ashamed of herself and scott, the owner should get office staff that is competent, can communicate and can be professional.

Property Craft was wonderful on their last visit, and every time before. They came promptly and did…read morenot leave until the job was complete. We asked them to abstract a foreign object in our night depository dropbox and they did not disappoint. They did not leave until it was solved. Thank you so much for all the time and effort that went into this silly, hard job; it is greatly appreciated.

I contacted this company for a quote at the end of February. The owner came by to give me an…read moreestimate. While in my condo, he asked questions about the unit, expressed interest in buying. He made an offer on the spot, I told him I couldn't do that number but gave him a number I could do. He told me this was absolutely no problem and he would still be interested. We shook hands. Over the next 60+ days he was almost impossible to get ahold of but would give me one word responses and occasionally say he was still interested. By the time we got around to getting the deal done, a new war had started and the market tanked, so much that I was expecting the offer to just fall through, but he texted me with his new offer two days before my birthday, & happened to be while I was waiting for my husband to get out of surgery. I told him as much and let him know I'd have to get back with him as I have to contact my family as this is a family-owned property. I contacted him two days later to accept the offer I initially told him no to, & he revised his offer yet again, 20% less than the offer he made. So on my birthday, he not only lowballed the offer, but the estimate went from $8,000 in person when we were talking to $16,000 I am accustomed to grown men being able to keep their word. I will not be doing business here. Ever.

Every aspect of the work was explained in an easy to understand and straight forward way by Mr Renville and on the free estimate I was given. The work started on time, with a crew of professional and knowledgeable workers that were incredibly hard working and obviously dedicated. The work was finished and passed inspection a full day ahead of schedule. Deserving mention, is the incredible clean up that was done. It resembled a clean-room environment when they had finished. This company is awesome.
