Without even looking at my dress, she immediately told me that it would never work for 7 months pregnant and sent me away. He is extremely thorough and even offered a follow-up appointment to check up on the results. I did have him back to do another once-over just to cover all bases. I've recommended him to co-workers friends who are also having problems with spiders in their yards ie. spider webs all over their children's toys, etc. I'd probably have him back to refresh our place in the spring to get ready for summer! They showed up again today with parts but with a different tech who thinks the issue is different from the first diagnosis. Says he wants to change different parts and needs to order them. Leaves without doing replacing the parts originally diagnosed. Both visits they wanted to do a "cash" job but this fridge is under warranty. No direction from anyone on what the next step is. Likely another six weeks to get parts and have them come out to our house. What a joke of a company. Receptionist is very rude when you call in ask questions - my Wife was very polite. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, USE ANYONE ELSE. They will try to run up the bill on you and will have no idea what to do when the time comes to fix something.
