He always answers his phone and if not, maybe he's busy, he'll always call back within the same day.

And when you give specific instructions on how to take something apart and they don't listen it's there own fault?

The price was very reasonable, we were able to also rent a hitch and dolly, they made sure we understood how the hitch worked and made sure it was on properly. The trailer was super light, easy to handle, clean and well maintained. They even called us the day after we dropped it off, because they noticed on their surveillance cameras that we dropped it off earlier than planned and they wanted to give us one days rent back. Without even looking at my dress, she immediately told me that it would never work for 7 months pregnant and sent me away. After stressing about this for a while, I decided to try another seamstress to get a second opinion before returning and finding something different.
