They cleaned up behind themselves as they went, without me having to ask. The unit needed a minor adjustment once they left. Nolan & Travis came out the next morning and made the minor adjustment. Day two was cut short, again through no fault of his, but because his boss kept calling and rushing him to leave for the "next call." By the time Saturday arrived, the job still wasn't finished. Noland showed up early and brought a partner to help... but that "help" consisted of making a mess and then walking out, leaving Noland to clean it up AND finish the work alone. Now here's the insult that proves this company has zero integrity: I was charged weekend labor for a job that THEY dragged into the weekend. A job that began on a Thursday, with roughly an hour and a half of work on both Thursday and Friday, magically turned into a "weekend service." Noland spent about three hours on Saturday -- not just finishing what should have been completed during the week, but fixing and cleaning up the disaster left by his partner. Then I get billed extra for their mismanagement? Absolutely unacceptable. Noland deserves praise. The company deserves a warning label. Stop pushing employees to rush through jobs, stop leaving work unfinished, and stop charging customers weekend rates for problems CAUSED by your scheduling choices. We had been so stressed out, thinking that we had micro cracks in our water pipes due to this year's cold weather, and thought that was why we had low water pressure. We also had a very badly leaking kitchen faucet, and clogged bathroom sinks. The gentleman came out and for the fee that was expected by the insurance, plus just a small amount for a new cartridge in our kitchen faucet, he fixed everything perfectly. Then he gave me the pleasant surprise that there was nothing wrong with our pipes, we just had dirt that had backed up into the fixtures of the bathroom sinks because of work that was done earlier that year outside. He cleaned out the junk and the faucets ran perfectly. He then snaked two of the sinks, and did a third one for free just because it was in the same bathroom. He was extremely professional, and went to Home Depot to get a cartridge because it would be a better price for us. I would use them again for sure.
