Don't buy products here. I bought a EFast battery charger on 12/31/2016 went home and the charger didn't work, brought the charger back to the store on 1/1/2017 (today) to have them look at it. The employee identified that "something was wrong with the charger" and said there is nothing I can do. I said "I don't want my money back, I just want a working product". Employee called the owner and the owner said without a "receipt" he couldn't do anything. Conveniently they didn't give me a receipt when I made the purchase yesterday. So I left the store and I will get a receipt and so will the owner when I place the chargeback on my credit card. I know there is a sign on the wall that states "All sales are FINAL" that should of been my 1st warning, however to sell a defective product that I bought YESTERDAY and to "strong arm" me for $15 instead of keeping a customer happy is just bad business and will get you truthful reviews on social media outlets. read more

So I am here writing another review, 1 year later. Not much has changed at this place. Staff behind the counter is very dismissive and not willing to work with the customer on a large order. I was in a bind last week as i dropped my Juul Pen when crossing a bridge and it fell in the water. I needed to get another one so i went to Southside Vapor and paid 25% more for the Juul then i did in MO. Anyway, i asked about bundling 10 boxes of Juul Mango pods with my order for a discount and the employee looked at me like i was crazy and asking him to do to much. I asked if he could call the owner and he said he could not right now which i was amazed by him saying that. I insisted he call to find out about a bundle deal price on 10 boxes of pods and they came back with a small discount. To clarify, the buying of the Juul pen was about 5 days ago and the trying to buy 10 boxes of pods was about 10 days ago. Anyway, i went in today as it had been 5 days after i bought the Juul Pen from Southside Vapor. My Juul Pen just randomly stopped working after 5 days. It was not dropped or exposed to any water or heat or other elements as it stays in my family room nearly all the time. Today, this morning when i went into Southside Vapor i asked if they would exchange it for a new one and he would not and basically said its something i did but the manufacturer is pretty good and they will assist in a replacement. I then offered to purchase 10 boxes of mango Juul pods if they would do the right thing and exchange my Pen with one that works but he said no to a several hundred dollar order and i walked out of that store. I then went to the smoke shop down the street from them to purchase a new pen and bought several boxes of pods. I will not support Southside Vapor.The customer service is terrible and was terrible last year and again this year. read more

I've been in here three or four times. Once or twice in December 2014 and twice December 2015. The first time whoever I spoke to, I think perhaps one of the owners, was very helpful as I didn't know what to buy. The second time just the other week, I ran in to buy a cheap mod because I had lost mine and the guy at the counter gave me an aspire that had a bad battery (I think it was a demo model); so I came in two days later and another guy gave me a new version without hassle. They do have people hanging out there at there little smoke bar so as the other people have mentioned if you don't pipe up you might not get noticed. If I could give zero stars I would. I just stopped by this shop this evening about 6p. I needed coils for my vape, being in the area I decided to walk over to this store. I walked in to find the employee hanging out w about 3 other people vaping away, it was a cloud walking in the shop, and difficult to even know who was the employee. Once I figured out who actually worked there (a dark skinned guy w buzzed hair, tattoos and a septum piercing) I took out my vape to show him and ask if they sold coils that would fit. I asked do u sell the inside part, the coil? He actually had the nerve to say that he was waiting to see what I would call it. Then he said "where did u get this mod, it's shit", what kind of customer is this? A simple, no sorry we don't carry a coil that fits your tank would have been appropriate, he could have probably showed me other options. He opted to be rude and condescending in front of his buddies that were just hanging out there. Wow what a job, have your friends come and vape w you and be rude to actual customers. A place like this should not be in business at all. Note: i reviewed in Facebook as well. The "owner" had the audacity to claim that my comments were 100% false. This is not the case, my review is completely accurate of what occurred this evening. Any owner or manager or employee should take the information and learn from it. Educate staff appropriately so that a customer will not experience this again. Instead their "owner" is deciding to try and say that for some reason this is a lie. First time in the shop, no reason at all to make something up. What a shame, not even the owner knows a thing about customer service. I stand by my review. read more

I don't usually write reviews unless I feel that my service was so incredibly poor that it should be noted for other customers. Since the vape shop I normally go to was closed, I decided I would finally try out Southside. To be honest I've avoided it because it seems very cliquey when I walk by... But alas, I decided to give it a go. When I arrived in the shop no one addressed me for a little over ten minutes. Now I can normally entertain myself if there are items provided for me to read or look at... There is not, however. There are no menus or descriptions of the juices they are selling in sight or any testers, so I was left with the uncomfortable task of standing there while two people I assume worked there chatted with their friends who were smoking at the bar (and literally never made eye contact with me). The juice they sell is on a wall behind the counter, so you can't pick them up and read them either. Again, making for a very uncomfortable situation when you just kind of exist. At this point I contemplated leaving when a young man behind the bar finally asked me if I knew what I wanted, not if he could assist me. I explained that it looked like they didn't sell a particular juice that I was looking for and if he could offer up a suggestion when he had a minute and I sat down and looked on my phone at juices trying to find info on the brands they sell on the wall. After a little more time passed he came over to me to help and I had the distinct feeling that I was more of a hassle to him. I'm a very open friendly customer and I take suggestions fairly easy but if you literally don't give me anything to work with and you're not very helpful than I just don't buy anything. I promptly bought a juice that I knew so that I could just leave. Forget the fact I also wanted a new mod and had $300 in my pocket for that very purpose. -No menus/descriptions of the juice -Unfriendly/unhelpful staff -No information on the equipment/mods they sell -Nothing to entertain yourself with while being ignored That awkward moment when you walk into a small quiet store and literally look for a mirror because you're afraid you've become invisible. I suggest going to Good Clean Vapes in Delray and Kure in Boca Raton. Both stores are great examples on how to run a vape store, especially Good clean vapes. read more

Overall the store seemed better 6 months ago with the old staff. Shop is VERY small and once its packed it is not very comfortable being in there. They have the best of the best premium juices, but if your low on money don't go there for the house juice. I went in there a couple months ago and they struggled to build my coils and wouldn't let me build my own. I would suggest this shop to anyone but its not for me. read more

Southside vapor, love this spot. Not only do they have any and everything for your vaping needs but they also have an amazing staff. The environment in southside is second to none. All of the staff is extremely knowledgeable in anything vape related starting from the top down. Tyler the owner of the store is extremely hands on and very accessible if you ever have a issue. Anthony store manager is comparable to the vaping Yoda, he has a vast collection of vapes and vape supplies; the man lives eats and sleeps vaping. The rest of the staff, Matt, Bennett, Mitch, honestly all have the knowledge and ability to run the store on there own. Southside vapor is a not only a hub for vaping but a great place to hang out. Southside in my opinion is the best vape shop in Delray. They have the largest selection of premium juice and have it in stock regularly. Great selection of the top on the line Mods, tanks and RDA's at fair prices. Excellent customer service and employees are very welcoming and friendly. As being a member of the vaping community I have visited several vape shops; whether to shop or browse. I have found that my experience at Southside Vapors has always been a worth while experience. The employees are always extremely polite an well knowledged it their products (as well as up in coming products). Knowing that like any business at times they can be busy; I have never felt dismissed upon entering. I have always been greeted with a friendly "Hello" an told that someone will be with as soon as possible. I enjoy shopping at a business with a friendly atmosphere. Place is a Joke I call to ask if they have a juice in...I'm very specific when it comes to my juices.... It's captn crunk by boss sauce pretty much my go to... So I call yesterday and the person that picks up the phone tells me yes we just got it in it's not in our computer system yet so we should have it on the shelves by tonight he proceeds to tell me that he promised to put two bottles aside for me and they would have them ready for me when I got there I told him I'll probably won't make it there till the following day in the morning.... I actually had work so I didn't show up until the following day around 4 o'clock actually I even left work a little early just to get there and also it was a little ways from my house I have a 10-month-old child and my fiancé works at night so it's really hard for me to actually get to the vape shop.... When I show up they proceed to tell me that they don't have the juice while they have the juice but they don't have the juice its at the store just not in there computer systems what a waste of my time they really need to get on board with each other and figure out what they're doing at this place.... read more

To start, I'm very big in vaping I own 20+ mods 30+ rdas, plenty of stuff in between. Let me save you the time don't ever buy from another store. At first I wrote a horrible review about their business because me and my friend were treated horribly by a couple of employees that are no longer there anymore (thank god) After writing that review a couple hours after Kristy, the owners wife messaged me about how apologetic they were and how terrible they felt. She told me to come in one more time to give them another chance and try to make things right. I was skeptical at first but my friend suggested that we try again. I went in tonight and was immediately greeted by the staff. I met Tyler (the owner) and he immediately apologized about how I was treated and how unacceptable it was. Even though at first their customer service wasn't right, they pin pointed the problem (the 2 employees) and made their wrong a right. I highly respect a business that can accept what was wrong and fix it. They get an A+ in my book. They are absolutely fantastic and I will be returning very soon to spend all the money I have! Just moved to the area and this was the first vape spotted. Upon walking in you will see a large collection of both hardware and premium e-liquid. To the right there is a tasting bar to sample any of the 50+ house flavors at any strength up to 24mg, they will also mix flavors for your own custom blend and add also nicotine to any premium juice if they don't have your strength. A house 30ml bottle will run you less than $15 and all of the ones I've tried so far (Guava, Skittles, Cotton Candy) are very good and I'd definitely try again. The staff is friendly and helpful and the place is always busy so I think that's always a good sign with a vape shop. The only reason the place loses a start is I wish they sold larger bottles of house juice, something like a 50ml or even 100ml bottle would be nice, otherwise great place that I find myself always dropping in when I'm around read more

I used to love coming into this shop a few months ago, but now every time I think about going in I decide not to. The staff and service used to be excellent but recently I guess they have hired new employees and I have to say in very blunt terms they are terrible! That new young kid is beyond disrespectful and only seems to help out the people he knows and won't even give a new customer the time of day. You cannot even go in the shop and sit down because it is always flocked with kids that seem to just sit there all day and take up space. For example there is always this one kid who sits in the same spot like clockwork and with a dog non the less. I don't see how the owners could allow someone to just keep a pet in their shop all day like that it is beyond me and not good ownership at all. This used to be the best vapor shop around but I'm sorry to say that they are most definitely going south. If it were a few months ago I would gladly be going back, the old employees were great very knowledgable and respectful and the prices were very fair but At the moment unless many things change I would not recommend this shop to anyone! read more

Southside Vapor has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced!!!! I would give "negative stars" if possible! After several dinner dates on Atlantic Avenue, I had noticed Southside Vapor's location, typically with several people puffing away out front of the store. Yesterday, I headed out to the Avenue just to give Southside Vapor a shot. Upon entering, I noticed two employees behind the counter and four young men (customers) bellied up to what looks like a tasting bar, menu and all, smoking their vapes. I made eye contact with one employee who began yelling at who appeared to be a maintenance man who was also working behind the counter. The other employee just stood there, laughing and vaping away. After about 5 minutes of watching the altercation between the employee and maintenance man, I said hello and continued to try and get their attention. The four customers actually said hello to me and offered me their own vapor!!! I JUST WANTED TO BUY JUICE!!! After about 10 minutes of neglect, I walked out as one employee called, "Ugh...did you need help?" UGH... YEAH!!!! Fortunately, Delray beach is inundated with Vape Stores, so I went to the always reliable Good Clean Vapes down the street. My advice to all customers.... Don't waste you time with Southside Vapor!!!!! read more
