I'm trying to pay off my boat loan in full, and they've made it nearly impossible. Since I've moved to Florida, I can't just walk into a branch to pay it off. You'd think they'd have a simple solution--NOPE! They won't accept full payment over the phone. The only option I have is to use their app, which has a ridiculous $5,000 transaction limit and takes a WEEK to process each payment. This means I have to keep making multiple payments over weeks while still accumulating interest, even though I ALREADY HAVE THE MONEY to pay it off! This is completely inefficient, costly, and feels like a scam to squeeze more interest out of customers. Avoid this bank if you value your time and money. Their outdated and inconvenient policies make paying off a loan more stressful than taking one out in the first place.

But that creates more confusion with the wait line. Several employees were asking who's next and are you waiting on a translator and we were all confused on who should be helped.
