He really had our best interest in mind and has a anyone want to help people with their questions and needs. I seriously hope we get to move to this area, because this would be my go-to bank! John reached out to us within an hour of leaving just to touch base and give an extend point of contact, offering us his help with future needs, as well. Everyone should seriously go in to this location for any BOA needs they have! Certainly beats the lack of personality and round abouts of working online. I always prefer to go directly to the source or to have the ability to talk with an agent directly, and this location definitely exceeds everything I hoped.

1/5 - One of the worst managers I've ever dealt with…read more I've been a Bank of America customer and business customer for 14 years, and this was by far one of my worst experiences. An ATM malfunctioned during my cash deposit and I was short $416. I went to the branch and asked the manager for help. He simply told me to call the number on the receipt. I did--and waited almost 45 minutes without getting anyone. I went back to the branch and politely asked if he or one of his employees could help me make the call. He refused again, even though employees were available and there were no customers waiting. I then went to another Bank of America branch on Dorchester Rd, explained the exact same situation, and an employee helped me within 15 minutes. Problem solved. So apparently the bank could help me--the manager at the first branch simply didn't want to. After 14 years as a customer, I expected much better professionalism and customer service from a branch manager. His attitude was extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, completely unacceptable for someone in a management position
