Several of our invited guests were refused entry, and when I offered to pay for the additional attendees on the spot (these guests had not RSVP'd and were not included in the original count), the owners declined the payment and continued to keep people waiting outside--or turned them away entirely. Their explanation was that the venue had reached capacity, but this simply wasn't true. We were informed beforehand that the building's capacity was at least 70 people more than the number in attendance. Even with payment in hand, the staff acted as though the situation was beyond their control, which came across as both unprofessional and unreasonable.... it was strange. After investing over 20K into this event, it was humiliating to have to PLEAD for our guests to be allowed in. The entire situation completely ruined the night. If you're considering booking this venue, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a location that is more accommodating, and capable of handling unexpected situations with professionalism and respect. To top it off....When we left that night, we were told everything was settled and that our balance was fully paid. However, when I followed up a week later to request the return of our $500 deposit, I was suddenly told that we still had an outstanding balance. The inconsistency and lack of transparency were extremely frustrating -- trust me, save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

There is one big elephant in the room that I feel like needs to be addressed. I personally believed it a couples package is a bit of a rip-off because it makes no sense that if it's advertised that you can pay $45 online to do the individual package for 25 minutes but the couples package where two people are in a room are for $110 for the same time. You're smashing the same exact stuff. You're basically overcharged 20 bucks with no extra perks and they call it a deal. Personally for me if it's a package deal it should probably cost $80 at the very least. It's a small business so I'll let them have the benefit of the doubt. The staff here was very friendly and we did have an enjoyable time regardless. Rules were easy to follow and they do take safety very seriously here. Me and my wife destroyed plenty of things and we do feel emotionally relieved and physically tired at the same time. This place was very clean as well and I do think it was cool that they had a cell phone holder though the fixed view is in the best. Overall, I give this place three and a half Stars

Well I found Kidsmania and am so glad I did! Online booking and upfront pricing/ easy to use website was extremely helpful, and from there Izabela was easy to communicate with and very responsive. She offered multiple add-ons that were super fun, and we chose the Art Party + cotton candy machine. Izabela hand- drew beautiful animations that went with our theme on canvases for the kids (and also added two more kids only 24 hours prior to the party as well!). Everything inside was clean and decorated beautifully (I do not know of a single other kid's party location where decor is included in the pricing, which truly made a huge difference for us!). If you are wondering if their play area seems a little too young for older toddlers, I can say with confidence that the 12 kids we had there, aging 4-8 years, all had a blast and never ran out of things to do. The issues we had with this place is first and most important is the address needs to be lite up…read more My guest had a very hard time finding the location at night when the address isn't shown . The lights going into the woman's bathroom was out we told the catering company who booked us to fix it the day before our event and we got no call back at all from him . The staff leader Wendy was nice but when we are told by her that we cannot have the WiFi passcode for guests seemed very strange we should be allowed the code since we needed it for our dj . Steve the bartender was rude! He didn't have the bar stocked for 1 hour after our event started we paid extra per person to have bar stocked and we didn't get re embursed by cutting edge . We also found that the floor wasn't even washed and no one wants to see a dirty floor and. We told cutting edge about sweeping the glass pieces off the side walk so no one slips and falls but the day of we had Wendy sweep it up . The location was beautiful and we did get people to consider this location for funerals in the coming years but you really need to listen to your clients complaints to succeed on repeat customers. The rest of the staff was great and friendly thank goodness for that .
