What changed my tune? Primarily, the booking process. I talked to another vendor whose prices were cheaper and had good Groupon reviews, but there were red flags when I asked for a contract, etc. When I posed the same questions to Armond, he was again responsive and provided all of the information I asked for without trying to convince me to simply trust them. Once I booked, the responsiveness never faltered. Most times, I got emails back within a few hours, regardless of the day or time sent. In addition to Armond, Nathaniel helped me out with the design of the photo strips. When I didn't quite see what I wanted, he was able to model a design after an image I sent him at no extra charge. On the day of our event, John showed up promptly to setup. He was easy to work with and answered any questions we had. Everyone really enjoyed the photo booth and we got some really fun images out of it. At the end of our event, we got a physical copy of the strips and a few days later a link to a gallery that we could share with guests. Bottom line, I would hire Magic Moment again for a party. They were extremely professional and we were happy with the overall experience.

At the block party he played great music and was super accommodating with all of our karaoke choices. Their equipment all worked perfectly. The karaoke screen was easy to see, the speakers sounded great, the volume was spot-on, the microphones worked perfectly, and they even set up disco lights for us when it got dark out! Super fun. Everyone really enjoyed having him there and we would definitely hire him for next year! His prices are very reasonable as well. Finally, John is such a nice a gracious person. No matter how many times they make an appearance, everyone is always happy to see 'em! And just like bacon, photobooths can get dressed up to the nines. ShutterBox offers several nice add-ons, which I'll detail below: 1. The photo strips come out perforated for you and a buddy to keep, so you can give that pesky scanner a rest. 2. They do a really nice job of adding your company logo, name of party and any other graphic you'd like to the photos! 3. You can choose from color or black and white, and either classic photo strip or 4 x 6 formats. 4. They come out dry, so no risk of smudging your goofy works of art! And here's something I really appreciated... he actually told me, "If anyone gives you trouble, I'll take care of it!" Now THAT'S a DJ who's got your back!!! He was supportive, polite, and just the perfect presence throughout the event! He brought in extra lighting to really make the room sparkle, and he gave me a hands-free microphone which was a lifesaver since I was giving the welcome speech and needed my hands free to hold onto the papers that I was reading from!
