I get very anxious when going to the dentist. I needed to have a procedure done and requested the…read morehighest level of sedation, which I paid for upfront. When I arrived to my appointment, I was told the medication they were going to use was expired, so they used a different medication - this is not what I had paid for. After the procedure I called the office to get a refund for the medication I purchased that they were unable to use - she had to speak with the provider - who was rude and defensive. It was agreed he would take 50% off the amount I was charged. Fast forward 2 months - I get another invoice stating I owe them money - when really they owe me money. In addition to the medication issue - the service I received was terrible. My situation is worse now then it was when I went in for the bone graft. Bottom teeth are loose and there is a much larger gap in my teeth where they were "fixed" STAY AWAY!!!
