I was out back by the pool, watching the ring camera when he showed up. I went in and opened the door to find him around the house and clearly annoyed, for what? Who knows. Didn't answer the door fast enough? Then he asked to have the door open. I didn't hear him say garage door. I opened my front door and waited ( I thought he was getting his equipment), went to the kitchen and he yelled in and hollered "ANYONE GOING TO OPEN THE GARAGE DOOR FOR ME?"...My son opened the door, I came to the garage door and apologized and told him I didn't hear him say garage. He says, "What part of open the GARAGE door didn't you hear"? At that point I should have kicked his little ass out the door but didn't. Thought maybe he was having a bad day. Then he starts barking about moving my things away from the dryer so he can get access to it. I start moving things and he goes in to grab my laundry basket and slams it on my kitchen floor. After he snaps at me a few more times I'm done and was thankful that he was too. Then he has the audacity to tell me that he'll put me into his database and schedule in 6 mos. If you think for one minute I'm going to let your crabby unprofessional ass into my home again, you're out of your ever loving mind! Again, perhaps he was having a bad day but I did not deserve that kind of treatment. I will NOT be disrespected in my own damn home. Again, dryer was serviced and cleaned out but his attitude is the entire reason I will never use him again, I will never recommend him to anyone and if anyone asks about this man and his company, I won't be quiet about it. It's either time to retire or find anger management classes sir.

He showed up exactly when he said he would, (actually, a little early; (great worth ethic). He explained what and how he was going to clean the tile. His equipment is STATE OF THE ART, and Don happily explains the process that got my tile and grout clean and at colors I'd forgotten about. I was AMAZED at the difference in the tile. AMAZED! I'd like to point out that the owner, Don, is the one that cleaned my tile. He's a very engaging man who is proud to point out why he's in the business. To do the VERY BEST job he can. It was pretty gross. Then we noticed that the Rug had been damaged, the colors were faded throughout and it looked bleached on the edged and faded throughout the rug. We noticed the same thing on both Rugs! We were very upset. The rugs were not cheap and now they are ruined. We called to complain; left several messages but no one answered nor returned our call. Now we have two damaged rugs one of which I put outside in the Lanai and still trying to figure out what to do with the other rug. The work that was done and the service associated with the work was bad. Wish we had taken our rugs somewhere else.
